Busie Matsiko-Andan is a Global Strategist. She is the Executive Director of The Africa Future Summit and she founded Pont Global, a management consultancy and Oakdale & Housman, a real estate and construction consulting firm. She garnered extensive experience at top tier firms like Smith Barney, Oppenheimer & Co., and Citibank. Busie is a serial entrepreneur and founded one of the first fashion technology firms; the firm has since been acquired twice. Busie Matsiko-Andan has been recognized as one of the most influential people of African descent by MIPAD. She is a Board Trustee at Berkeley College and advises multilaterals like the African Union, Afreximbank, the Africa Renaissance & Diaspora Network and the Heritage & Cultural Society of Africa on private sector scaling and development.
