Franklin, pronouns he/him, is a senior strategic partner on TikTok’s distribution partnerships team where he is responsible for identifying and forging transformative partnerships that deliver key results for TikTok. Previously, he spent 6+ years working on Twitter’s programmatic arm MoPub (recently sold to AppLovin) where he wore several hats across different functions. During his time at Twitter’s he served as a founding member of Twitter’s Latinx ERG, Alas. His focus has always been to ensure that Latinx voices and perspectives are taken into account in the tech industry while providing a safe space for current employees to belong and grow their careers.
