As a global ambassador of the Caribbean, Neysha Soodeen is known throughout the region as ‘Miss MACO’ showcasing ‘her’ Caribbean to the world through the stable of magazines her company produces, and through travel shows and documentaries focused on the region.
Neysha is the co-founder and Chair of Barbados’ largest environmental conservation trust, supporting grass roots projects on island focused on marine conservation, waste management, farming and is the largest donor of the Barbados Sea Turtle Project, the largest and most successful turtle conservation project in the Caribbean.
Neysha has dedicated most of her adult life to philanthropy and charitable organizations including advocacy for women’s rights, promoting female entrepreneurship throughout the Caribbean, Cancer Societies, Hospice care and fighting illiteracy.
